c. Ticket prices, offers, and availability are determined by event organizers and may change without prior notice.
3. Orders and Payments
- When purchasing tickets, you are making an offer to buy from the respective event organizer through our platform.
- bookMyTicketLK reserves the right to cancel or reject any transaction in cases of system errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.
- Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways. We do not store or access your banking or card details at any time.
- You are responsible for ensuring accurate payment and contact details during checkout.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
a. All ticket purchases made through bookMyTicketLK are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a ticket is purchased.
b. In the event of an event cancellation or postponement, any refund or rescheduling process will be handled directly by the event organizer, not by bookMyTicketLK.
